View all streaming platforms via a 50″ 4K UHD TV with Roku built-in and an attached soundbar. HDMI cable. Tivoli Model One radio with Bluetooth, plus a separate portable Bluetooth speaker for audio anywhere.
Kitchen
Cuisinart coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, Breville electric kettle, loose tea infusers, NutriBullet blender, toaster, microwave, bamboo steamer, Crate & Barrel dinner set, vintage pottery, EKOBO children’s dishes & bowls, non-stick and stainless steel cookware, cocktail shaker, muffin/cupcake pans, mixing bowls, serving trays, organic spices, Weck jars and Stasher reusable storage bags.
Workspace
Desks in each bedroom and great room, plus a 27″ monitor, ergonomic keyboard and mouse, and a USB hub to attach it all to your laptop if needed. If work involves crayons and coloring books, you’re also covered.
Linens, etc.
Organic cotton sheets in both bedrooms. King-size options in linen and flannel, plus an extra-loft, chemical-free wool comforter for total warmth. Twin XL Garnet Hill alternative-down comforters. Pendleton wool blankets. Unison and Humdakin bath towels. Kapok-filled throw pillows (no down anywhere).
Household
Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, all-natural soaps. Subscriptions to Grove and Seventh Generation tissues, paper towels and toilet paper. Front-loading washer and dryer, plus The Laundress detergent and iron & ironing board. Seventh Generation cleaning products. Dyson V8 and Roomba vacuum.
Books & Activities
Tahoe history and outdoor trail guides. Contemporary fiction and non-fiction, including travel and nature writing. Children’s books (board books to YA). Family games and puzzles for all ages. Two pairs of snowshoes, plus a yoga mat, foam roller and resistance bands for pre- and post-mountain adventures.
Entry
Keyless Schlage lock for the front door, plus a key to enter directly through the mudroom, where you can kick off your shoes and hang your skis.
Storage
Full access to all storage areas, including the mudroom closet and huge bedroom walk-in closet. Second bedroom features under-bed rolling carts and custom closet shelving. Locked shed storage can be arranged upon request.
Heat & Firewood
Set the Nest thermostat to your schedule; the house heats up quickly and quietly. Seasoned firewood is stacked by the fireplace with additional bundles outside. Other comforts: Coway air purifier, Vornado space heater, and box fan.
Snow Removal
Contracted snow removal service will clear the driveway (November-March). Shovels are available for the deck and front stairs; help can be arranged if needed.
Dog Privileges
Your best friend can expect a West Paw bed, stainless steel food bowls, tasty treats, towels to wipe wet paws, and cozy blankets for furniture protection.
